"No to tak: ciężko o coś innego na emigracji, jeżeli mówi się o muzyce wykonywanej w naszym ojczystym języku; albo jest banda ludzi paplających truizmy, albo są ludzie robiący coś całkiem innego. Zdrowa Rywalizacja z pewnością należy do tej drugiej grupy. Po dość długim czasie, długogrający materiał chłopaków nareszcie ujrzał światło dzienne. Zdrowa Rywalizacja to dwóch raperów (Tymek 'Tete' oraz Motyl), którzy piszą teksty oraz nawijają na muzycznych fundamentach wyprodukowanych przez Krystka Pro. Album zawiera czternaście różnorodnych utworów. Na płycie udzielają się następujący goście: Miss Delikada, Nalo, Dj Kolel, Kamil Szalewicz oraz nieco szerzej znany LeonRaz. Nie brakuje tu również żywych instrumentów: za brzmienia gitarowe odpowiedzialny jest Mike Barnes, natomiast skrzypce zawdzięczamy udziałowi L. Wrońskiego. Za mastering całości odpowiedzialny jest Mikołaj Bugajak z audio-games. Lubisz lekkie numery? Z pewnością znajdziesz coś dla siebie (vide 'coś o rapie). "Chi-town" przypomni Ci o tym gdzie nagrywany był ten materiał. "Strach" ocierający się o boom-bap, zbliży Cię emocjami do tytułu ów kawałka. "Odpowiedzialność" skłoni do przemyśleń. "Dylematy"? przecież wszyscy je mamy. "Nowoczesność" - kto z nas nie tęskni za starymi czasami? Zamykające płytę "Outro" dostarczy Wam nielada niespodzianek, zatem.. sprawdzać i podawać dalej."
