Jones making people feel his soul singing to DJ Ave making the craziest beats, and DJ Motai dropping sick cuts on the records; Twenty Eleven and their new form of mixing rap, rock, and soul and with guitar led songs are going to venture in a new sound to the local Houston hip hop scene. "I got into Hip Hop young and easily since a lot of my older cousins were teenagers during the 90s. Some even were breakers, turntablist, and taggers. I started out with breaking, but gave that up for a set of turntables. I was always interested in the beat making process since i've been a fan of old records but my interest really grew as i started DJing. I didn’t seriously think of making beats till after I heard Nujabes when I was about 16, Hearing his songs and the very moving melodies with the boom bap drums of the golden era, really inspired me. I worked part time jobs and bought my own MPC when I was 18 and since then I’ve been trying to make beats and find my 'sound'."

After that, I was stuck on a child thought, wondering how cool people whom i love the work should make sound that Miqi O. thing.
You know, i am a truly fan of that uncalled "beat movement", since the beginning... (i was the 30est guy to pass on Hudson Mohawke myspace page... just after Jay Scarlett !!! ... well, yes, i am lying... but i was truly close to that stupid non-interesting & un-bling-bling data !! ...)
In 2012 almost everybody is doing beats, but, as you can probably hear it, not everybody do that well.

So i asked some of my favorite Beatmakerz for a remix
and it results this simple proposition of 18 tracks from 18 artists that i really enjoy to support !!!

I hope that i will contribute to make you investigate their fantastic, interesting, loud, intense, futuristic music.

These are also 18 message of love, or at least interest for my music, and i am really touched to be support by all these guys.
Some of them already inspired me so much. Some does now. Some others will soon !!
